Google Reviews
About Google Reviews: recently Google has converted their review system to require reviewers to have a proper, identifiable Google+ profile.
This is a good thing, as it tends to cut down on bad reviews, both from people unwilling to stand behind their comments and fake positive reviews from
the businesses themselves. Old, pre-Google+ reviews are still in there system, and will appear below as written by "A Google User".

I lived in this hotel for 3 months, and I had the greatest time. The staff were friendly, the place is beautiful and I had a beautiful room. The restaurants in the surrounding area are very good and there is an excellent Virgin Active gym in the neighbourhood. Actually, it is one of the finest gyms I have ever been a member of, surpassing gyms in London or New York. I have many fond memories and would happily stay there again.

The ambiance is great but the service staff are extremely indifferent to quality of service. Expect to be ignored.
